Our Team

Martin was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and speaks fluent English and Spanish. He has developed his career in the international logistics industry, working for a range of logistics, import and export organisations of various sizes for nearly 3 decades between Argentina, New Zealand and Australia.

Martin joined the Transvoras Logistics team in 2010 as a Licensed Customs Broker, bringing the extensive experience he had acquired, and appealed by the opportunity the company offered to develop its business strategy into the freight forwarding arena. Since joining Transvoras Logistics, he has built up the freight forwarding component of the business to a point where it has now outgrown the traditional customs brokerage service of the company.

As a licensed customs broker, he regularly undertakes Continuing Professional Development and Continued Biosecurity Competency to ensure that his knowledge and understanding of changes affecting the customs and quarantine industry remain up-to-date.

Apart from his passion in freight forwarding, Martin is known for his lightning-fast response to client enquiries and lateral thinking when faced with a logistics challenge. When he is not working, Martin enjoys travelling, photography, rugby and other sports.

With a background in investment accounting, property funds management and client services, Assunta joined Transvoras Logistics in the finance and administration department in 2014.

She currently leads the finance team and has exceled in bringing Transvoras Logistics up to date with the latest internationally compatible software systems. Assunta enjoys continually improving processes which ensure the efficient and smooth running of the organisation, ensuring the highest level of client service can be provided to Clarke’s valued clients. She has also implemented a range of human resources protocols and created new initiatives to improve the mental health and wellbeing of our team. Assunta speaks English and conversational Italian.

Outside of Transvoras Logistics, Assunta enjoys watching her children’s sporting events and partaking in outdoor activities such as bike riding, camping in the great outdoors and kayaking.

Reynand joined Transvoras Logistics in 2021, initially handling our import documentation and data entry requirements. His extensive skills and knowledge in our industry and exceptionally high level of client service became apparent and in 2022 he was promoted to the role of Client Services, where he is now our central point of contact for all client enquiries. Reynand provides support to Martin Moyano and Dwayne Decouto by keeping our clients up to date with their shipments once their bookings are secured. Reynand brings prior experience as an Offshore Team Leader for an Australian freight forwarding company, handling overall business processes in the Philippines. He is fluent in Tagalog and English.

Reynand is an avid vinyl record collector, takes pleasure in working on Tamiya Scale model kits and enjoys racing radio control cars.
